Victoria Fall has some fantastic things to do in the area, from relaxing boat cruises to jumping off bridges (attached to a giant elastic band!) there’s something for everyone.

Flight of Angels

David Livingstone famously wrote on seeing the Victoria Falls for the first time in 1855 that “scenes so lovely must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight”. Little did he know that 150 years later he could have exactly that opportunity. In fact, the best way to appreciate the true splendor of the Victoria Falls is to view them by helicopter from the air. After take-off from a hill above the Zambezi, the helicopter turns out towards the magnificent Victoria Falls and the “Smoke that thunders”. Our pilot will fly left- and right-hand circuits over The Falls giving unrivalled viewing, photographic, and filming opportunities and putting the full breadth and height of The Falls into glorious perspective with the surrounding environment. A short trip up the Zambezi River and back over the Zambezi National Park completes the Flight of Angels.

River cruise

The Zambezi River cruise is a superb way to relax and enjoy the beauty of the River. Clients may have the opportunity to see a variety of game; including hippo, crocodile and elephant in their home environment, as well as enjoy the many different bird species. The Sunset cruise is very popular and includes finger snacks, beer, wine, local spirits and soft drinks. There are great photo opportunities against often-spectacular African sunsets.

Rafting

White Water Rafting on the Zambezi River below the Victoria Falls has been classified by the British Canoe Union as Grade 5 – “extremely difficult, long and violent rapids, steep gradients, big drops and pressure areas”. This is a high volume, pool-drop river – little exposed rock either in the rapids or in the pools below the rapids.Prepare to get wet and wild on the mighty Zambezi in one adrenalin-filled day. This is an experience to remember forever – one day, 19 rapids and a thousand memories. Bungee Jumping

With Victoria Falls as a back drop, this is arguably the best bungee jump in the world, with 111 meter plummet towards the Zambezi. Test the edge of fear…leap from no-man’s land between Zimbabwe and Zambia. Four seconds of freefall and 111 metres of pure adrenalin! Victoria Falls Bungee is the only place in the world you get to jump in “no-man’s land” and is consistently voted as one of the top five adrenalin experiences on the planet.

Elephant Back safari

Have you ever dreamt of really feeling at one with the African bush? Elephant-back safaris offer a unique and exciting way to explore the wilderness around Victoria Falls. You’ll get a chance to connect with these magnificent animals as they guide you through the natural grasslands and forests in the area. Being on an elephant, you’ll also be able to view the surrounding wildlife in a much more natural way and get much closer than you would on any other safari. View the mighty Victoria Falls

This is the largest single curtain of falling water on earth and from the Victoria Falls Zimbabwe side, you get to take in a breath taking 70% of it. If you are fortunate enough to visit during a full moon, doing the Lunar Rainbow tour of the Falls at night is a definite must!
